Program Overview
The M.Phil. Islamic Studies program is a research-oriented graduate degree that provides advanced knowledge of the Qur'an, Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), Islamic theology, Islamic history, comparative religion, Islamic philosophy, and contemporary Islamic thought. The program combines advanced coursework with independent research, enabling students to critically analyze classical and modern issues from an Islamic perspective while contributing to academic scholarship, education, and community development.
Eligibility Criteria
BS Islamic Studies (4-year), MA Islamic Studies, or an equivalent degree in Islamic Studies or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Applicants must meet the minimum CGPA/percentage requirements prescribed by the university.
Candidates may be required to qualify an entry test and/or interview in accordance with university admission regulations.
