Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of agriculture and nutrition-sensitive livelihood interventions in collaboration with government line departments and community stakeholders. • Develop and monitor Detailed Implementation Plans (DIPs), work plans, implementation schedules, and activity trackers to ensure timely project execution. • Support activity budgeting, budget forecasting, procurement planning, and resource allocation in compliance with organizational and donor requirements. • Coordinate climate-smart agriculture interventions, including diversified kitchen gardens, community seed banks, biofortified wheat production, tunnel farming, mushroom cultivation, solar dryers, and post-harvest management activities. • Organize and facilitate Farmer Field Schools (FFS), technical trainings, demonstrations, and awareness sessions. • Develop technical training manuals, IEC materials, and extension guides. • Conduct field monitoring, beneficiary verification, and technical supervision. • Prepare technical reports, donor reports, case studies, success stories, and maintain project documentation. • Coordinate with government departments, community organizations, and project partners. Key Achievements • Coordinated agriculture and nutrition interventions benefiting over 1,000 farming households. • Supported establishment of community seed banks and climate-smart agriculture initiatives. • Facilitated distribution of biofortified wheat seed, vegetable seed kits, agricultural inputs, and food-grade storage containers. • Contributed to project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and donor reporting.

• Conducted training needs assessments and coordinated Cash for Work (CfW) training activities. • Developed training plans, technical modules, and community capacity-building materials. • Coordinated participant selection, training implementation, and stakeholder engagement. • Prepared project reports, maintained training records, and documented case studies.
Community Resilience Activity- North (CRA-N)
• Conducted Farmer Field Schools (FFS) on improved rice production and climate-resilient agriculture. • Developed technical training materials on crop management and post-harvest practices. • Strengthened farmers' technical capacity through field demonstrations. • Coordinated training activities with project teams and local communities.
Community Resilience Activity–North (CRA-N)
• Delivered technical training on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Integrated Nutrient Management (INM). • Built farmers' capacity through practical demonstrations and advisory services. • Promoted sustainable crop production and safe input use. • Supported project implementation through stakeholder coordination.
