UG

Undergraduate Programs

  • FA/FSc or equivalent with minimum 45% marks (or 2.0/4.0 CGPA where applicable).
  • Valid CNIC/Form-B and domicile of the candidate.
  • No third division in SSC or HSSC.
  • Entry test (if prescribed by department) — pass as per advertised merit formula.
PG

Graduate & Doctoral

  • Relevant 16-year degree for MS/MPhil with minimum 2.5/4.0 CGPA or 60%.
  • For PhD: MS/MPhil (18 years) with minimum 3.0/4.0 CGPA or 70%.
  • Departmental test/interview and research proposal (PhD) where applicable.
  • Equivalence certificate from HEC for foreign/alternative qualifications.

Documents Checklist

  • Recent passport-size photograph (soft copy).
  • CNIC/Form-B of applicant and CNIC of guardian.
  • Domicile certificate.
  • SSC and HSSC transcripts/marks sheets.
  • Character certificate from last institution.
  • Equivalence certificate (if applicable).
  • Undergraduate transcript/degree (for MS/PhD).
  • Research proposal (for PhD applicants).
  • Experience letters (if required by program).
  • Paid application processing fee receipt.

Merit & Quotas

Admission is merit-based using advertised weightages. Reserved seats and quotas (where applicable) follow university/HEC policy.

Deadlines

Submit the online form and fee before the advertised closing date. Late submissions are not entertained.

Verification

All information and documents are subject to verification. Incorrect or incomplete data may lead to cancellation.
